Order Cancellation

When You Can Cancel

  • Before food preparation starts: Full refund available

  • After preparation begins: Cancellation not possible

  • For dine-in orders: Cancel before arriving at the cafe


How to Cancel

  • Call or WhatsApp us immediately at 9618158160

  • Email us at info@cafe4.in with your order number

  • Provide your order number and registered phone number


Cancellation Time Limits

  • Online orders: Within 5 minutes of order confirmation

  • Phone orders: Within 2 minutes of order confirmation

  • Peak hours: Cancellation may not be possible due to immediate preparation


Refunds
Refund Scenarios

Full Refund Available:

  • Order cancelled within allowed time Wrong item delivered

  • Food quality issues (spoiled/contaminated food)

  • Order not delivered within 90 minutes (excluding peak hours)


Partial Refund Available:

  • Missing items from your order

  • Cold food delivered (when it should be hot)

  • Incorrect quantity delivered

No Refund Available:

  • Order delivered successfully but you don't like the taste

  • Delayed delivery due to weather or traffic conditions

  • If you're not available to receive the order

  • Orders cancelled after food preparation begins


Refund Process
  1. Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery

  2. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email

  3. Provide details: Order number, issue description, and photos if applicable

  4. Review: Our team will review your case within 24 hours

  5. Resolution: Refund or replacement will be processed


Refund Timeline
  • Online payments: 3-7 business days to original payment method

  • Cash on delivery: Store credit issued within 24 hours (can be used for future orders)

  • UPI/Digital wallets: 1-3 business days


Store Credit
  • Valid for 1 month from issue date

  • Can be used for any menu items

  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

Quality Guarantee


We stand behind our food quality.
If you receive:

  • Spoiled or contaminated food

  • Foreign objects in food

  • Incorrect temperature food

  • Wrong order

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our resolution:

  1. Email us at info@cafe4.in

  2. Include your order details and previous communication

  3. We'll escalate to our manager for review

  4. Final decision will be communicated within 48 hours

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method

  • Screenshots of payment confirmation may be required

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse this policy

  • For catering orders, different cancellation terms may apply
